These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Caliber PDR website and the quote-request services offered through it. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & Estimates

Any price we provide through this website is a preliminary estimate based on the photos and information you supply. It is not a binding contract or a guaranteed final price. The final cost may change after an in-person inspection of your vehicle, and all repair work is subject to a separate agreement made at the time of service.

Your Submissions

You agree that the information and photos you submit are accurate and that you have the right to share them. Please do not upload anything unlawful, or any images that you do not own or have permission to use.

Service Availability

Caliber PDR provides mobile paintless dent repair within our South Florida service area. We may decline or be unable to service certain vehicles, damage types, or locations at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Caliber PDR and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caliber PDR is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits the workmanship standards of repair services actually performed, which are addressed in your service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
